CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Contract Administration takes place during the construction stage of a project.  

Conducted in monthly intervals, our contract administration services culminate into a Monthly Construction Status Report.

Our Construction Status Reports highlight expenditures to-date and indicate the anticipated final costs, incorporating all authorized change orders.

We will prepare a comparison to show the variations from month-to-month.

We identify areas of risk that may affect the performance of the project and will recommend ways of mitigating the risk.
